My documents was picked up on Thursday by 13:00. It was not delivered on Friday by 16:30. I phoned the call centre and they said a supervisor will phone me, and he did not!!! Spoke to Connie at 20:00 and she mail and asked for a delivery Saturday. I was at a seminar, got home at 18:00, no parcel. Phone Connie and she just said driver came back with my parcel as no delivery and she dint know why? My documents which I need to be in on Monday, she will only deliver on Monday! PLEASE DONT RELY ON DHL!!! THEY DONT KEEP TO PROMISES!!!
