Poor service delivery by BMW, Jst like government

I took my car to Culb motors Gezina on the 14th of Octob for minor scratches repairs on the front bumper and I was told it will take 7 working days to finish the work, the 7 working days passed and a made follow up call to find out what is the progress (That was on the week of the 28th October), I was told they havent started with my car and I must understand that there were other cars b4 mine, which I thought was nonsense since that was not revealed to me b4 I handed in my car otherwise I could have taken it elsewhere, then Koos adviced me that they will quickly work on the car and I will get it the following week, I received another call from him on the 8th Nov to say that my car is finished they Jst need to wash it, since then until today (25/11/2013) it Jst became a dark and diving game from BMW giving me false dates as to when I will get my car, on Friday I was told I will get it today, no one phoned me what so ever and when I try to reach them, no one answers the phone, I even phoned their head office and spoke to a lady by the name of Manunu who promised to follow up on the matter. This is so unprofesional from BMW, I am so utterly disgusted with this kind of service
