Shocking service

I took my Golf 6 in for repairs over 12 months ago for the first time. Was told this was fixed, but subsequently had to take it in 4 more times. Each time I had to deal with the service manager's incompetence and bad attitude, and each time I was told this is fixed. Contacted the dealer principal out of desperation to get some form of help/service, but her attitude was just as unhelpful.
Contacted VW costumer services, but they keep passing the problem back to the dealership. I am out of ideas, and completely put off VW as a brand.

I have been driving with this faulty product for the entire time and no one in the VW network seem to care about their service or quality of their products.
