Three weeks ago to the day i took my car to Club Motors Randburg (ARC) for repairs to the bumper and boot. I would like to highlight that repairs took a total of three weeks (understandable). However i as the customer needed to call every few days for an update. On the various calls with the consultant i was met with feedback such as "i am not sure when your car will be ready" "I work in the front office so i don't know what happens in the back"
Do i need to remind you that i am the customer and it is thanks to your customers your are in business?
When i eventually was able to go in to collect my car it was dark and i was not able to see if there were any minor issues (From what i could see there were no issues). So drove off. as i drove out the premises i turned on my left indicator only to find out that it is blown/faulty. Should this have not been picked up while the car was in your care BMW? In addition there are three light scratches that are on the Bonnet which i can tell you now, was not there when i brought the car in. Today i have tried many times to contact the dealership. When i said i was going to hello peter this the temp replied "O Please do"
