I took my car (BMW 320i) to a BMW approved penel beater to repairs on the 01/02/2013 and Andries Mokgohlwa promosed that it will be ready on the 26/02/2013. I had a courtecy vehicle for 30days from 02/02/2013. Today is the 08/03/2013 and my car is still not fixed and the courtecy vehicle period has expired.

The ensurance and myself phoned club motors from the 28th February and spoke to Barend and the repairs manager since Andries is no longer available. They just said the car is not ready it will take 10more days and the cannot help with a courtecy car.
I phoned BMW customer care at 0800600555 yesterday frastrated hoping that they will try to resolve this issue, they came back to and told that there is nothing they can do they cannot commit to helping me with a car, they spoke to the dealer principle and he promosed to fast track the repairs and maybe my car will be ready by next week Friday. My frastrations are as follows:

1. The car hire company is going to bill me directly for using their car from the 4th March till to date. I dont have money to pay Europcar and feel that club motors must pay them.
2. I am in sales and need my car for work. need courtecy car urgently
