Poor service and more

Gwm Somerset west is where I bought my 2.2 double cab Oct 2012. The sales man Jonathan (no longer there). In March I took my vehicle for a service and explained that I will be driving to Dbn they should please make sure it is in perfect condition. Collected it drove to Newcastle when I realized there is a dam of oil under it only to find that the oil filter was fitted poorly. At the same time it was there for a service my toni cover was taken off for repaires by GWM in there own work shop. I havent seen it since. Franco the manager (no longer there) said to me I can buy a new one he will refund me as they were responsable for it and cant find it only to get there and find that Franco is no longer with the company. The new Manager just refuses to get the old one back or to refund the new one he puts the blame back on Jonathan who is no longer there. My electric window unit (Elect unit) has been out of order 3 time and every time they have an excuse they even sent me to a electrician to fix it and then told him not to fix it after he ordered the part. It still bombs out now and then. My service book was not stamped in May and now they cant find any proof that the vehicle was there.
