Hi i took my car in March to the Geely workshop in March because it was making a very loud noise. i have being dealing with Wayne and he promised faithfully that he is going to order the parts required and my service will be done under warranty. i called numerous time and to find out that Wayne no longer works for the company. Then i was liasing with a lady but not sure what her name is (R). also to find that she no longer works there. i went personally to the worshop and made a big noise. and the service manger asked Granville to assist me with my problem. He told me that i need to take may car in for service.. my service was done at the end of July which was back dated for September 2012. i paid an amount of R750.00 for the service. Since then i have numerous phone calls to Granville and just to be informed that he is no longer working in the workshop. the new lady that is currently in the workshop does not know anything about my repairs.please assist.
