Repaired twice and no refund?

On the 10th of October I took my surround sound unit in as it no longer plays blue ray dvd's,
The unit is under warranty. I got the unit back from repairs and they said that all was in working order and they replaced the laser of the unit. After testing it at home it was giving me the same problem...
Returning it for the second time and receiving it back AGAIN it was still not working!!
I took the hole system back to HI FI and asked them to refund me, they told me that they need to test it in store, after testing it with them and showing them the problem they told me that they will need to book it back in and find out what is the problem? IM SURE AFTER THE SECOND TIME IF IT WAS NOT FIXED WHAT IS THE LUCK ON THE 3RD REQUEST?
I asked for my money back and the supervisor on duty said it is not possible to refund me they first need to get auth from the regional manager that is not working on a Sunday?
This morning I received an sms that the unit has been booked in again for repairs FOR THE THIRD TIME?!?!
I want my money back as it states in the extended warranty that should it not be repaired modify they need to refund me. up until now no one has called me!!! Ombudsman will love this!
