Got a phone call 19nov from RAM asking what time will suit me for delivery tom, I told the women to make sure its before 11am, 11sm arrives and no delivery gave RAM till 2:30pm and called 0861726726 women I spoke to told me it says 3pm on the invoice told her they better delivery it as I clearly said before 11am she then told me she will phone me back as I was on hold for 23min
I called back and spoke to charity who also kept me on the line for 16min she then came back and told me that it says 3pm on the invoice OMF so then if it says that why is it not delivered, after telling her the 11am story she told me but that was not RAM that called RAM calls on the day ok so until now why have I not received a call from RAM today I'm the one making the calls she then came back and told me a manager was going to phone me back James or mike (charitys manager look it up) 4:55pm I had to call in again and surprise surprise now wonder why no one got back they were waiting to rush home, I then called a 087 number and got threw to the warehouse he kept on cutting me off and then aventually said no they went home! Now if RAM can not get back to clients how the do I get my package???
