Ivan 072 776 2933 (11022013, called about failure to follow delivery instructions), he said that he would sort it out.29/04/2013 - Called Wilma regarding non delivery on Sunday 28/04/13, she said that she would find out what is going on and call me back.
30/04/2013 - called Wilma, who said that she spoke to Anthea and that Ivan was to call me and apologize. I told her that no one phoned, but that I found a chewed up newspaper, when I arrived home. She said that she get them to follow up on Sunday, if the newspaper was delivered.06/05/2013 - Wilma, non delivery again. they were going to send him out with a copy and I asked them to put it in the letter box.
Called Jhb to complain spoke to Joy then Jeff. He said Grace the Supervisor will call me back.

spoke to Nkeletseng Supervisor after 11am, she said that she would get Judy Peterson Cape Town Manager to call me back in ten minutes (it is now over 20 minutes time is now 12pm).
