MTN package to arrive today before 11am. My partner made it clear that he would only be able to wait till 11am. 11am has come and gone. We called MTN who referred us to their courier service RTT (JHB). We called RTT (JHB) and they said they would call back. After 30 min, no call back. We called RTT (JHB) again to get an update and they gave us their CPT branch number to call. We called RTT (CPT) and the lady said that she would get someone to call me back. After 20 more min, no call back. We called the RTT (CPT) and the lady said that she would again get someone to call me back. After another 20 min, nothing. We called the RTT CPT branch again and a new lady said that she would get someone to call me back. After another 15 min, no call back. We then called MTN customer service and they said that they would follow up and then call back. It is now 14:10 and neither MTN nor RTT has called back. My partner has had to leave for work and I am wondering who will pay for this all? Will anyone call back from MTN or RTT? Will there be additional cost??? Who will cover those costs? Will the package ever be delivered? Have we made a mistake taking out a contract with MTN? Starting out so badly.
