Car sent for service causes more damage

My car was sent for a full service with everything in working condition on 26 Sept. Upon collection of the car from Kunene Brothers, the cars paddle shift and gear shift refused the work, The car would only be allowed to drive in auto. The car was also dirty as I was told that the area had no water. The Manager contacted me regarding customer service to which I told him what had happened. He said that I should come in at any time and they will attend to the matter... A week later I get to the dealership and the consultant asks a foreman to test drive the vehicle, after which he indicated that the car needs to be booked in on another day. I returned to Kunene Brothers 2 weeks later, sat for approx.4 hours only to be informed that the car required further diagnostics and they could not find the problem. The consultant indicated that he will phone me when he had a courtesy car. Its been 4.5 weeks and the consultant did not revert. Today I enquired about the latter only to be informed that 3 of the dealership vehicles have been involved in accidents and the fleet of cars were smaller. I will be informed of confirmation of a prospective booking for the 3 December... to be continued
