I went to Auric Auto on the 2nd of July 2013 to view some premium selection cars. A 2011 BMW 523i m/sport A/T caught my eye and the sales person was very helpful in explaining the details. I requested a test drive, but since the vehicle was parked behind other vehicles I agreed to return the 3rd of July at 12h30pm for the test drive. Upon arriving at Auric on the 3rd just after 12h30pm, I saw the car being driven away. I was informed by my sales person that another sales person is taking the car for a demo. I was told that the customer just walked in and that's why they are testing it b4 me. I waited another 30min for the car to return only to be informed that the people are going to sign a OTP but I can still test drive it. Needless to say I was not happy since according to me and the salesperson I was first in line. When i spoke to the manager he then changed his story informing me that those customers infact came in 3days ago and not today. My salesperson was surprised since he was told by the same mngr those cust only came in today. I was offered a test drive still and application for finance which I then refused. This is not a good/honest dealership! Be careful!
