Absolutely shoddy services from Hyundai Pinetown. Servicing department only knows what their machines tell them. They offer a shuttle service, but no return and if you wait, it takes 6 and a half (minor service). Hours min for ya car to be ready. Service manager make all the excuses he can, DP doesn't bother calling and customer service sides with the dealership. Their own process doesn't work. I wonder how Imperial can endorse them and give them service awards for a lack of service? Parts that they supposedly replaced are not placed in your vehicle so how do you know that they were replaced? Service department has no idea what sales department does or sells and can not perform according to policies sold. E.g. Free annual alignment. Service department also doesn't know about scratch and dent policies and can not assist in finding out information, cos itsnot what they are paid to do. The receptionist that booked your car the day before forgets to open a job card. A new vehicle with 10000 k's has? 'battery' problems. But they don't check and replace as per their maintainance plan. I paid for. That's why Toyota and VW do better, cos they have some level of customer service.
