BAD ATTITUDE

Last month I sent a parcel to my kids in Poland. The lady that assisted me was very helpful no problem. 10 days later the parcel was delivered to their door as arranged.

On Sunday 3 November 2013 I sent another parcel to them with gifts for the grand kids. Today 8 November 2013 I traced the parcel - what a JOKE - my parcel was sent my Ship to Poland. I am so UPSET. Some of the goods is perishable. No person in their right mind send a parcel with perishable goods on a ship. If I wanted to send it by ship I would have load a container with their furniture and send it.

The tracking number - CN022212625ZA.

Maybe if they have a better attitude and not stand their with a mouth full of teeth and cannot be patent please put them on pension and employ FRIENDLY PEOPLE.

I am so upset will rather pay more with DHL than send a parcel with the SA Post Office.
