After putting in petrol this weekend on Sunday at the Aqua Mall BP my card was cloned and that same evening my account was robbed of nearly R5000 at an ATM in the Strand. After spending Monday morning at the bank cancelling cards and changing accounts etc, I called Louis and told him of my predicament. I thought he would like to see the slip and maybe look into himself. He asked me to come done and chat with him. On arrival he made me wait o n the forecourt for a number of minutes. When he finally came out his attitude was less than friendly. I told him I did not appreciate being made to wait so long. He said he was busy banking online and I surely understood how that went. I told him that I had to put in for leave to get my accounts sorted out. He said as I was on leave I could afford to wait a bit without getting annoyed. When I showed him the slip he said it proved nothing. He was not interested in any of the details and said I was looking for a fight. I posted my story online and in Facebook. So far i have had messages from 3 people who had the exact experience. If this is not the first time Louis has had similar complains maybe he should adjust his attitude.
