We bought a Hyundai iX35 two years ago and with about 20000km on the clock, we noticed that the front passenger leather seat has signs of defect. We reported it to the Hyundai dealer in Vredenburg who then took photos of the possible defect. They reported it to the Hyundai Head Office and we had to go to the Service Centre (Lawtons Auto, Vredenburg) where a representative inspected the seat. It has been 5 months and we have had no feedback ever since. We went to the service centre several times, but the manager informed us that he also did not get any feedback up to date.
