Bad service

I bought a demo Hyundai i20 end of July, the driver seat has a warranty defect. When I bought it they said they will make sure it gets fixed. However they never contacted me, i had to contact them, and struggle to get hold of them. Since then my car has been in twice, (Yesterday for the second time) with the seat not being fixed, because they never let the workshops order the parts. Now I have to take it in for the third time. They waste my time and money, and when I try to phone, they are always out of office and will contact you as soon as they return, which they never do. If I do get hold of them, they tell me not to worry, they will sort it out, if they did sort it out, my seat would have been fixed the first time. They do not keep their word. As soon as they made a sale, they do not care about customer service
