Yesterday morning when I got into my 2011 Hyundai Sonata, my seat would not move at all. this makes it difficult, as the seat is quite far back and you cannot adjust it manually. I called Hyundai East rand and got put through to Jacques, the Service Manager. he asked me to bring the car in around 15:00 that afternoon which I did. he took my keys and asked me to wait a few minutes. a few minutes later he emerged with my keys and told me the problem was fixed.
I am very impressed with the service at Hyundai East rand, and have never had any issues booking my car for a service or them attending to a small problem which might come up every now and then. I must say, if all Companies had the positive outlook that these guys have, this world would be a much better place. Thank you Jacques, it is a pleasure dealing with your branch.
