I am at my absolute wits end with a supposed 'Hyundai Approved' panelbeater - Dent Tech, there are even claims on website that they were voted 'the best Hyundai Auto Body repairer nationwide' by Hyundai Korea, yet Hyundai Customer Care have turned me away. My brand new i20 went in for very minor exterior repairs; I was firstly promised it would take 6 working days - it took 14. I arrived to a car with a big scrape along the handle, so I had to wait again for that to be repaired. Shortly after I noticed that my cover for the in my passenger door (which should not have been touched) handle was missing so I had to drive out of my way to go fetch a new one, that same door has a horrible rattle when music is played that never happened before. Today, someone was in my back seat for the first time since the repairs and pointed out that my left roof handle is missing. It was completely removed for a reason that I cannot even think of. I am past the point of anger and frustration with such poor service and pathetic workmanship. And to think it carries the stamp of approval from Hyundai - that is a recipe for reputational damage.
