SHOCKING SERVICE!

Just some background on my initial complaint: https:///hyundai-south-africa/complaints/gross-negligence-1261173. Now it is has been more than 2 months since my first complaint regarding the hail damage to my vehicle and nothing has been done to solve this issue. I sent an email to Customer Care on 13 Des and on the 15 Des Michelle informed me that she is waiting for feedback from the dealer. It is the 5th of Feb today and no one has contacted me or assisted me in terms of my complaint. This is absolute shocking service and this after significant damage was done to my vehicle while under the supervision and care of a registered Hyundai Service Center. I will never ever again by a Hyundai, just because of the bad service. I had a polo vivo before my iX35 and they treated my like royalty throughout the 4 years of servicing the vehicle. Hyundai haven't treated me like a customer at all and they lack of care in this regard is worrying. Will you get good service if you buy a Hyundai? Will your life be easier or worse after purchasing a Hyundai? Mine is much worse!! Rather buy a VW, BMW, Merc or Audi, the vehicles and customer care can't possibly be worse than Hyundai's.
