My car went in to have the radio replaced (after it in the middle of the night in my driveway) and at the same time I installed an alarm. When I went to fetch the car the battery was dead because Car Radio Systems run their equipment off the clients car batteries as a standard practice. The alarm never worked properly so I took it back a week or so later and they discovered that the dead-lock system had been damaged when the car was broken into which was causing the alarm to not work 100%. On that day when I went to fetch the vehicle the battery was dead AGAIN. Yesterday I broke down in the vehicle because a cell died inside the battery... Of course the fault of Car Radio Systems who find it 100% acceptable to damage their clients property just so they don't have to pay for their own batteries or electricity. So the vehicle went back to them yesterday and I forced them to replace the battery at their own expense and at the same time they installed the dead-lock mechanism to fix the alarm. When I received the vehicle back yesterday, the door panel was damaged and glued back together. Today they refuse to take any responsibility for this and say that it was like that!
