Very bad service

Myself an my fiance purchased a hyundai through auto pedegree soutgate just to find that the Radio was not working we logged a call in November as we had the
car for a few days to have the Radio replaced as it was still under the manufacturers warranty. After numerous promises that i would get a call back from the agent i decided to call them myself every week to follow up on our Radio. Eventually after a month of follow ups with Hyundai the glen we finally got the radio. GUESS WHAT they have advised us that they can not replace the Radio as there was money in the old radio when the removed it and that makes the warranty void. For sake we got the car and the radio was not working we reported the problem after much hassle finally got the new radio now you ll telling me you ll can not assist this service is ridiculous. To top things up the guy that worked on the old tape did not put it back properly cause now it keeps on going off while driving. All i need is for the deck to be replaced why does one have to go through all this hassle does your dealers not check all these things when selling your cars
