I purchased my Hyundai i20 in 2010 & was offered either a R4000 discount or upgraded to Service Plan = 5 years / 100 000km. I took my vehicle for service yesterday, received a call you don't have a service plan anymore. On producing the proof they continued with the service. Got a message from Ian to come collect car. On the way there Sean called to say he needs to change the brake pads. I said I thought the car was ready. No communication between staff, leads to bad service. Car left over night against my wishes. Also on 28.10.13 I took my car for the battery to be replaced & asked them to check the air vent as it was blocked. Ian and Sean said they would sort that out. It did not happen on 28th Oct. At the service it was mentioned again & it is working but not to its full capacity. Ian's response, we will fix it at the next service ie next year.
