Centurion Hyundai doesn't do thorough service

I have had my Hyundai i10 for the best part of six months which was bought at the end of May 2013.

The vehicle has had suspension issues which I was advised that this was a result from the bolts not being torqued enough from Hyundai SA taking delivery of the vehicles from their overseas factory? That gives me pieces of mind!

My car went in for it's 30000 km service at Centurion Hyundai on the 11/12/2012 the service mentions they would check the brake systems but why is it when after I picked up the vehicle I asked did you do my brakes. The answer was the discs and pads are good till 45000 km service.

I accepted what was said but thought this is too good to be true, a few days later I felt heavy shuddering as I braked on a downhill. I went to Brits Hyundai for a second opinion they mentioned the discs were warped. My question is why Hyundai Centurion did not pick this up?

Then a few days later the left front caliper pads were grinding metal on metal with the discs, Why did Centurion not pick this up on service?

Thankfully Hyundai Cresta Service center changed the pads, skimmed the discs and oiled the caliper springs, 30/12/2013 - R 917 later.
