I purchased my Hyundai Getz in July 2010 and my offer to purchase clearly states that I have a 5 year/100 000Km service plan. Now 3 years and few month later I am being told that the service plan expired and was only 3 years.
It seem that the documents that went from Hyundai to the company who cover the Service plan where incorrect.
I have corresponded endlessly (for 5 months) with Hyundai Edenvale who seem to be too busy to sort out my problem. (the manager is not available/ they are looking for documents/ they need management approval/the manager is not available ..etc)
