I called Quest Meters to query a bill I received and I requested that the lady who did not mention her name when answering the call to give me a break down. I was told that I am billed for November 2013 and I will get an estimate bill for December. When I asked for the breakdown of the bill the lady became impatient and as I was enquiring further she hung up the phone on me.
How do they bill for November when we are in the middle of November and what criteria are they using to estimate someone's electricity?
I wish someone would do something about these rates and the attitude of the employees.
