This is a warning to individuals buying Hyundai. Be aware that when your motor plan /maintenance plan expire you are going to pay. A service for a Hyundai I 10 will cost you R2600 this is a 60 000 km with nothing else to be repaired vs a Toyota Hilux 120 000 km R1200, makes you think. Wait here is more, the Hyundai clutch was replaced at 67500 km at a cost of R4600. The service manager even told me Sir 67000 km is high we normally replace the clutch at 30 000km. I had 14 cars in my life and not once did I replaced a clutch not even at 160 000 km.
Either renew your maintenance plan or be ready to pay excessive high prices.
You might pay more for another brand but in the long term it will be cheaper than a Hyundai.
