Tyres have to be replaced after only 30, 000km

Hi,
I have written twice now to the Pinetown branch of Hyundai, through their Internet site.
Both times i have received no response, even though it clearly says they will get back to you in 48 hours!!

I bought my Hyundai Getz 1.4 (2010), cash, as a demo model with 5000km on the clock from Andre Collinette, who was a new car sales executive in October 2010. I have sinced moved to Johannesburg and have just had my 30, 000 km service done. I asked them to rotate the tyres which they duly did, and said it would cost RX to align and balance. They never mentioned anything about the tread being almost gone.
I had an insurance to cover alignment, so did not have them balanced by hyundai but by Trentyres, who then informed me that my tyres hardly have any tread left and must be replaced within a month!!! This is unacceptable as tyres should last longer than 30, 000km, especially on a new car. I would like Hyundai to do the right thing and replace the tyres at a minimul fee to me.
