Thank you Hanley

I rented a car with Europcar, Braamfontein branch, reservation number 163630373, from 25-27 October 2013.
Unfortunately, i accidentally scratched the car on the bottom left of the bumper and was more than willing to pay for the damages.

I returned the car on the 27th and waited for the company to get hold of me with regards to the scratch, and informed me that they would have to take the car to the panel beater who would then estimate the damage costs. After a while of not receiving any response from the branch, i decided to make a call and that's when i started talking to Hanley (unfortunately i didn't get her surname). If i can describe the whole story, it would take a while, but i have to mention what a friendly, helpful, understanding, professional lady that she is.

Hanley was able to assist me with getting this whole situation settled by getting into detail of the whole incident and being fair, always keeping in touch with me with the updates and always willing to take my calls whenever i had any enquiries, all of this with a smile.

Being a first-timer with a car rental, i have to really say thank you to Hanley and trust she will keep up the good work.
