I rented a car in George from Europcar. When I returned it, it had a little surface scratch on the bumper. I was charged R2, 500 for it to be fixed. I'm completely horrified that I have been charged this much for a minor scratch! I feel that this is completely unethical and wrong.
There should be far more discretion, care and reasoning when getting quotes from panel beaters.
