No delivery on paid vehicle

On the 9th November an employee called me about an A250 I was looking for a while back. He said he has one if I was interested. I left home immediately with my wife as I wanted the car. I spoke to the consultant there by the name of Vusi and we spoke about the price. I immediately did an EFT transfer into Mercedes Benz East Rand's account. He said I could take the car home after showing him proof of payment. He then couldn't find the keys to move another vehicle out of the way and said I should come back on Monday. On Monday we went to fetch our car but he then said that the funds weren't cleared in the account and I should come back on Tuesday, after waiting there in vain the entire afternoon. He said that the sales manager did not want to release the vehicle as he was not happy with the price agreed on by the consultant and myself. I called the very arrogant sales manager Mr. Nathi on Tuesday morning and to my surprise he told me that I could have my money back and that the car wasn't to be released as far as he was concerned. After paying for a car 4 days prior to that I find out much to my disappointment that the car still did not belong to me. Even after the sale was done.
