I rented a car twice in cape town. Once on the 20 June and once on the 27 th June. I prepaid transactions using my credit card. However according to my credit card statement, I have 7 transactions that were billed by Dollar Thrifty and I dont have a statement /invoice reflecting what it was for since during the first rental I refuelled the car.
The following transaction were made :
19 June R324.79 & R327.58
20 June R147.38
30 June R203.09
17July 324.79
19 July 327.59
Can someone from Dollar Thrifty investigate this issue and foward me an invoice indicating what these transactions are for since I dont agree with some of them and may have to report the matter to my bank.
