Dollar Thrifty ripped me off

I rented a car with Thrifty, and extended by a day, at which time they took off money from my account - when i took the car back, there was a mark which they claimed was a scratch, and the car was under the super waiver. and my contract said i am willing to pay the handling fee. Next they took off more money from my account claiming its the handling fee and petrol and another extra day, this was a polo and the fuel in a polo doesn't cost R1400 - when i called they told me they took another day extra, and when i was at the offices no one told me this.. mind you this all happened without my deposit being put back in my account. I will never rent a car with these people again
