Emails sent to me from their customer care email address!!
- Put on "hold" (phone never went through) - ignored
- Constantly put through to someone other than who I asked for
- Debited my account with more than what was agreed to
- Debited added additional costs without being receipted for it, or knowing what it was for
- Rude and aloof employees over the phone
- Promises made to sort the problem out, with no response
- Asked for my credit card details over the phone
The only person who helped me was from the head office - which I appreciated.
But please beware in future before you use this car rental company.
I have to change my credit card now, thanks Thrifty for inconveniencing my day.
