My car was for a service in October 2013. Yesterday 7 November 2013, I saw oil on the garage floor. Phoned them. Was instructed to phone the Road side assistance. Did that. They phoned back and within an hour - they sent a person to check out what the problem was. This morning they collected the car and fixed whatever had to be done and brought my car back for me. I am really impressed with the friendliness and the way I (and my problem) was treated.
