I always fill my fuel tank at the BP garage at Kinsington near the VW dealership on fridays and get me that Friday Pie special. the petrol attandace are always freindly and going the extra mile to check my water and oil wash my windscreen etc, I went in to purchase my pies as usual, the lady that was taking the orders today 08/11/2013 07:15 AM she put 3 pies wherelse i ordered 2, Because i didnt wanna course delays i said to the cashier its fine i'll take the third 1, when i went back to collect i told her she put a 3rd pie i didnt order, She rudly unswered me and say i was speaking to my girlfriend not to her that i wanted 2 pies (i mean common sense now, we 2 people why would we buy 3 pie), i then said would it hurt you to say as sorry i didnt hear you, she kept giving an attitude until i returned everything i bought at that shop. Store manager came and refunded me without even finding out from me what went wrong so that automatically told me that he also promote bad service at his station.
