A few months ago, I visited shiraz auto to enquire on a quotation for a vehicle. The lady that assisted me (Firdose) gave me a quotation in which I replied that the manager at the Sandton branch gave me a cheaper quote on the same car. She then asked for his number and details as if I was lying, eventually she bravely told me that she could better the quote, I waited ONE hour just for her to tell me that she can MATCH the quotation. In my response I asked ''what happen to bettering the quote" and she replied "WHAT? DONT TRY AND THREATEN ME" and prior before that she tried to sell my mum a 2003 ML 55 0r 350, she and told her the car was in good condition, its very cheap to maintain and is completely worth the price. When I arrived to view the vehicle the car had over spray, tons of scratches and everyone knows an ML isn't cheap to maintain. She basically saw my mum as a easy target and lastly Firodes thought she knew everything, when I told the new CLA's are going to be cheaper then the C-classes she checked me off and told me it will never be cheaper. This woman has big attitude problem and I will take the matter up further! (The spelling of Firdose's name might be incorrect)
