I took my vehicle for a quotation on a repair I want done. After the inspection I was told that a quotation will be sent to me by email within the hour. I waited for at least 3 hours. I opened the quotation and all of my informaton was wrong, my last name was spelt wrong and my vehicle registration was wrong.
This to me is very unprofessional. The staff was very unfriendly too. I will never ever use Sectri Auto again and will not reccomend them to anyone.
