Yesterday's report has had an unbelievable turnaround from being a complaint about bad service from Shiraz Auto to today being a Compliment. I am truly amazed by the dedication of one man, Iqbal Dawood. Mr Dawood is the owner of Shiraz Auto in Lenasia. He has made me a very happy customer today because he has corrected the issue that I was faced with yesterday when I was disappointed because I didn't receive my vehicle as promised by a sales executive. I am pleased to say that Mr Dawood has called me and apologized for the bad service I received. He has taken it upon himself to resolve this problem. He has agreed to deliver my vehicle on Saturday. I am very satisfied with the kind of service I received from Mr Dawood. Its not very often you see an owner committed to making his customers happy. Thank you Mr Dawood of Shiraz Auto.
