RUDE CALL CENTRE CONSULTANT ON QUOTATION

Last week I called for a quote but the consultant wont give me details on an e-mail, only telephonically. This surely is incorrect
Today at 11.45 a consultant phone me after I again asked for a quotation, he gave it to me telephonically and when I told him I will decide and let him know tomorrow, he laughed at me. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, he laughed in my face, and told me I am only looking for cheap insurance. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME AND VERY VERY RUDE
