Unfair punishment from Service Provide

I received an email saying I am in erriors for R1320.
I made a payment of R1000, however, they disconnected my electricity.
I tried to make an arrangement with them but they refused to connect my electricity.
I am staying with a child and can not survive without electricity.
Over and above this, I think their billing system is not correct, we are billed a huge amount of money in that complex.
