Unfair electricity billing

After recieving electricity disconnection notice, i rushed to the Bank and made the required payment and personally took the receipt to them (04-03-2013). I also made an additional payment of R500, 00 on the 18th of the same month. To my suprise, a disconnection fee was also added on my next bill. Also, i was never told that a disconnection notice has a fee of R114.00. Few persons that i have interviewed also were never told of the notice fee
