Worst service and feedback from Bmw Sa ever?

On 22/07/13, my vehicle (Bmw M3) was sent in to Bmw dealership. 2 weeks later a new engine was authorised to be fitted and was ordered from Germany, which I got informed would take 4-6weeks to arrive.
After getting no feedback 4-6weeks later, I had called bmw only to find out the engine had not even left Germany yet. After getting no joy with any feedback as to what was happening, on the 13/09/13 I emailed Bmw Sa customer service with my complaint. Since then I have emailed 7 times and tried caling them to find out the progress on my engine, up to this day only still to hear excuses such as Germany warehouses being flooded and a heavy backlog on bmw's system. Further to that I explained this was not my problem, if they cannot give me an answer as to when they will get my part, according to bmw's policy of a part not being delivered in 30days that a courtesy car be provided, I requested a courtesy vehicle countless times only to have ALL those requests blatently ignored. To date, it has been 3 months I have been without a vehicle, having to incur costs of other means of transport, and still no answer as to when they will get availability of the part.
