On the day that we went to Bultfontein Toyota to purchase a Toyota Verso a salesman called Johan Griesel helped us with all the information on this spesific car. We asked him if the car got roof rail on whereby he showed us the cataloque with the photo of the Verso. He told us what the price will be and gave us the bank details of the dealer. The next day I (Mariaan) phoned Johan and ask him again if he is sure that the car got roof rails on whereby he confirm yes it does and the catafalque shows clearly the roof rail. On the day of delivery we noticed no roof rail and asked him about it. We also contact TOYOTA SOUTH AFRICA they booked the complain and after ordering the rails we were notified by Mr Fred Nel manager from Bultfontein that they cannot fit the rail on the roof because the car are not made for a roof rail. According to my knowledge I feel we were mislead from the beginning when purchase was done. We paid R270000.00 CASH for this car without a roof rail as promised what we don't
