We went to Timbercity Vereeniging on 24 July to have one small cupboard made.
The collection date on my invoice was 8 August.
On 8 August I phoned and was told it was not ready, it would be ready on 10 Aug (2 weeks to make on SMALL cupboard to house a 9kg gas bottle is already ridiculous! but anyway)
then on 10 Aug I was told I can collect it at 12:00.
the one phone call I did get from Timber City was at around 11:00 to say sorry its STILL not done!!!
They promised to deliver it to me on Monday 12 Aug at 17:00
My fiance went to timber city around 14:00 and was told it was still not ready but would be by the end of that day (12 Aug)
Joseph phoned me at 4:35 saying he is going to try get it to me. I ASKED him to let me know if it will be delivered or not.
once again - no phone call and NO DELIVERY!!!
Tuesday morning I phone timber city AGAIN and was told its still not done but will be finished that afternoon.
I phoned later to make sure and was told 'yes it finished and will be delivered at 17:00'
Surprise surprise .. when it arrived there was no door, no hinges, no feet... it was just a shell!!!
now im told they will try have the door today!
I ORDERED A COMPLETE UNIT!!!
