I applied for a loan through Debtlab to Bridge finance signed the contract on 6th September 2013 for the loan to be paid out on Friday still. On monday 9, september 2013, i got a call from Debtlab saying that Bridge could not confirm employment hence my loan was not paid out. I gave them another contact number to use to confirm employment which didnt materialize according to them. On tuesday 10 September 2013, they sent me an employment confirmation letter to be signed and stamped by my HR. Hr officer was not at the office on tuesday, so i said to them I will forward the document 1st thing this morning of which i did email the letter at 8:50. At 13:05 i get an sms from Bridge informing me that they were unable to process the application due to missing payslip. I called debtlab immediately to find out if they indeed excluded my payslip to which they denied that as said they will follow up with Bridge and return my call in 20 minutes. Having not received a call at 2, I called Debtlab to find out the results and was told that an sms declining my application was sent to me (which is yet to reach my Cellphone) I'm very disgusted by this and really needed the funds as my brother is sick
