Good day. My son ordered side fenders for his Big Boy motorcycle over 2 months ago. We have to follow-up and complain and drive up and down the whole time to here if they received the part yet. No response from Big Boy Edenvale what so ever. When you contact them you should leave your name and contact details and some-one will get back to you. Such a nobody ever contacts you. About a month ago one of the Big Boy employers told me I should lodge a complaint with Headoffice, which I did. I received 2 e-mails from a Marionette women and that's it nothing been done to give a little more effort on finding the parts. I can't believe that any compay can take over 2 month to get 2 fenders even if this was for a special bike. I never dealt with such incompetant and unhelpful bunch of people in my life. I am really disappointed in there service. I sincerely hope that something will be done, we lost 3 potential buyers for this bike and who has to take the loss we do, they won't even blink and eyelid. And I did explain to them this is urgent and we have a buyer for this bike. All words fall on death ears.
