I would just like to tell the world that AVIS provided me with a car that severely leaked petrol that put my life and home at risk. It was nothing to do with it being overfilled by the petrol station although even if this were the case- it is still your very clear responsibility to ensure that vehicles are safe. There is a whole story around this because I was also billed for damages that I did not cause but cannot prove it because despite being requested to have a personal handover my request was ignored and now I am suddenly responsible for damages.(Where was the person I requested be present when I handed over??? There was no post contract survey to find out if I was happy with your service. Well I am not and want an apology for putting my life/family and home at risk/Compensation for your GROSS negligence and an explanation why nobody was present to take back my vehicle so I could do a proper handover. I also want a refund of the money taken out of my account without my consent. Please furnish me with my consent if you disagree with my comments.
Have you hired this same vehicle out despite me warning you of the dangers???
People- dont take a chance with AVIS- vehicles are unsafe
