I posted an item on Thursday 7/11 (overnight courier 11H00) for Nelspruit delivery. At 1pm the next day the item had still not been delivered. I had been given an invalid PN tracking number only much later told that it is handled by UTI and given a SUBCD number. I was expected to make all the follow up calls by head office. Lydias manager still hasnt called me back. The urgent parcel was only delivered around 2.20pm with no explanation from Postnet. I had to call UTI to track down the driver and was informed that they dont offer a 11H00 service in Nelspruit. Why was the parcel accepted then? Why did i have to pay for 11H00 service?
It cost me R331.00 for this as well as untold complications arising from late delivery.
